How to Review and Change Your Personal Information: If you register for a Book a chef account, you may review and edit your personal information by logging in to Book a chef, then clicking on your name at the top of the screen and then clicking on “Manage Profile”, or by logging into Billing and then clicking on “Manage My Account” and then “My Profile,” or by logging in while making an Appointment, then clicking on the “Cancel/Change/Confirm” link and then “Manage my Account”.
How We Use Personal Information That We Accumulate Online: Internal Uses; We may use your personal information within Book a chef:
(1) To provide you with the services and products you request or that have been ordered and/or requested by your healthcare provider acting on your behalf;
(2) To clarify questions about our services; billing, payment systems or use of our web app;
(3) To process or manage payments for our services
(4) To administer customer surveys
(5) To reach you about the services that we offer.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties: We will not reveal any personal data to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the restricted purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless
(1) You have authorized us to do so;
(2) We are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a court order or other legal process and/or,
(3) It is necessary to defend our property rights related to this web app. We also may share aggregated, non-personal information about web app usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not include any personal data about our users.
A brief of our diversity policy is given below: 'Book a Chef' is committed to treating all employees and applicants equally, fairly and with dignity and respect. It does not discriminate or give less favorable treatment or consideration on the grounds of race, color, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, disability, age or marital status. No one will be disadvantaged by any terms or employment conditions that cannot be proved for operational reasons. A grievance procedure is available to any employee who believes they have been unfairly discriminated against. Extra charges for the special sauces brought by the chefs will be collected by the on-site chef as required. These charges are not included in the package. All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any service. If no payment is received, no service will be provided. Service may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the user is responsible for payment. Any complaints about service or chef may be sent to our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org or 9867615114. Each case will be looked at individually, and the chef will be in contact as well. Any delay in or failure of performance by 'Book a Chef' under this License Agreement will not be considered a violation of this License Agreement and will be excused to the extent caused by any occurrence beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, power interruptions, failures of the Internet, failures of banking or any other unforeseeable circumstance.
Refund and Cancellation PolicyYou may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, up to 3 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations after 3 hours before the event will not be accepted. When you book for a chef from our platform, you agree to these terms. Refund of your canceled orders will be processed in 4-7 working days.
We may annul your access to the Web app, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information correlated with your account. All terms of this Arrangement that, by their characteristics, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without restriction, ownership terms, warranty disclaimers, compensation, and boundaries of accountability.
